North & Northeast Minneapolis Houses - Nostalgia Series Calendar
The houses in North and Northeast Minneapolis are as varied as they are fascinating. Capturing them on 35mm film, in the winter, was one of my favorite ways to appreciate them. The styles were often so distinctive to each area if you were lost (which I often was), you could guess where you were based on what the houses looked like.
All these photos were taken by Jason Alvey with 35mm colour film and scanned on a high resolution scanner. No AI or photoshop was used in post production.
